A new flute style was called for recently by Larree Lust. I knew it had great potential and was curious as to the versatility it would provide….it’s turned out to be one of my favourite flutes ever!!
The Temple Drone Flute, featuring three plug-able holes on the left-hand chamber, provides enormous play-ability by offering either varied drone notes as well as left-hand side melodic playing. Such an awesome feature!!
This flute currently is featured in 40,000 year old Ancient Kauri, in the key of F minor. However a variety of woods and keys are available for custom Temple Drone commissions.
