If you have any problem with any of our flutes or other products please contact us and we’ll do our utmost to resolve any issue so that you can fully enjoy your musical experience. We stand behind our instruments completely! If the sound is affected by any structural defect, because of checking or natural cracks, we will replace the flute within 30-days of shipment or repair it thereafter. In case of accidental damage beyond these conditions, we will make every effort to repair the flute at a reasonable rate, plus the cost of return shipping.

Refund

Refunds are considered in the following situation:

  • the flute arrives damaged (in which case a postage claim will be completed by us and yourself)
  • you change your mind before the flute has started to be made. There is a $80NZD admin fee which accounts also for fees associated with credit card processing.

Guarantee

We want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, all our handcrafted flutes come with a lifetime guarantee. If there is a defect in your flute, such as a crack appearing, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. This can result in either a flute being returned for repair, or a new one crafted (this is assessed on a case by case basis).
